    • When you click on the text above where you want the cut and get the little plus sign, then hit the “…” pictorial thingy.

  • I don’t get a “…” thingy.  I get 8 (bold, italics, heading, link, strikeout, numbered list, bullets, and indent) but none of them look like that.
