Chris was just asked at the press conference about his full frontal and he is clearly annoyed at how childish the reaction is.  He essentially said there is massive, incredible violence in this movie and the headline is about a body part. He said “it’s a trip”.  And then he said under the emperor’s clothes people are naked, eat, shit, have sex, and he thought it was important to show we are animals ultimately.

I tend to agree with you. I mean, yeah, we had a bunch of fun being 12 year olds for a bit last night, and yeah, of course it’s fun and exciting to us fans, but like… I woke up this AM and all of the articles are that headline. We’re so deeply removed from penises in our society that it’s news, and meanwhile women have been seen fully nude or very close to it on a regular basis and heavily sexualized in advertising, yet can’t breastfeed in public without offending somebody.
