I love it! (especially with the gifset of Gal copping a feel of his arm muscles). The timing’s off though… we’re already in August in the story. But if you all can forgive some time dilation, I can definitely work with that.

I don’t do them all, but I KNOW them all… and was around when they were in use…

It’s just a very Pinto trope from the early fandom, based on their word wars during interviews… I’ve had to look up words in those early fics too.

True. I actualy didn’t read through the entire list, just saw the list of rare and sometimes polysyllabic words and instantly reblogged to try to deflect any plot bunnies…
yeah, but in your 100 you had time and dates. Shouldn’t be included. That pulls it a few less.
I’m pretty sure “real” drabble challenges would count them. This is just for fun, though, so anything short will do. Just speaks to my general lack of concise wording, though…

I’m glad you liked that line. And I suck at the rules. Drabbles are meant to be 100 words or less. Just part of the pattern of “ato’s writing always gets away from her”
You’re not really bad at anything, I’m thinking. Maybe not even half bad. Maybe not even bad at all!
That’s kind of you, but I assure you it’s not true… and as @seepunkrun and @nixducky can attest, short concise fics are not my forte, and estimating fic length while I’m still writing is something I’m absolute rubbish at, because if the characters have more to say, I just keep typing…
